Accredited Agencies for Japanese Visa Application

1. As of December 2019, Japanese visa applications can be made through accredited agencies (see list: English Version, Ukrainian Version). The Embassy of Japan in Ukraine will accept applications from agencies on the list.
2. As these agencies are private sector travel agents, they will most likely charge a fee for the visa application service. Please contact the agencies directly for their list of fees.
3. Even if you have used an agency to make your visa application, you may still have to provide additional documents or come in for an interview at the Embassy of Japan in Ukraine.
4. The Embassy of Japan in Ukraine does not take any responsibility for any trouble that may occur when using these agencies.
5. Please remember that this is not a compulsory service and that you can still make your own application at the Embassy of Japan in Ukraine.
