Applicants who are citizens of Ukraine should submit their works to the Embassy of Japan in Ukraine.
As a general rule, submissions must be made in digital format only.
If you wish to submit your work in printed (hard copy) format, please contact the Cultural and Information Section of the Embassy in advance via email culture@kv.mofa.go.jp.
