Ambassador Sumi exchanged views with Andrii Parubii, Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine

　 On May 26, 2016 Ambassador of Japan Shigeki Sumi held a meeting with Andrii Parubii, Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

　 Chairperson Parubii conveyed hope for further bilateral cooperation at the inter-parliamentary relations between Japan and Ukraine. Furthermore, the Chairperson explained the ongoing projects and future challenges encountered by the Parliament of Ukraine.

　 Ambassador Sumi in turn expressed hope that Chairperson Parubii continues his efforts in performing internal reforms, where Japan as Head of the G7, is supporting the implementation of these reforms.
