Meeting between the G7 Ambassadors’ Support Group for Ukraine and the Minister of Foreign Affairs Pavlo Klimkin

　 On June 3, 2016, Ambassador of Japan in Ukraine Shigeki Sumi, as chair of the Ukraine Support Group, organized a meeting between the Group and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin at his residence. During the meeting the current situation in Ukraine was discussed. Mr. Hajime Hayashi, Director-General of European Affairs Bureau of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan, also participated in the meeting while on a business trip in Kyiv and reported on the G7 Ise-Shima Summit which was held on May 26-27, 2016 in Japan.
