Job Opening for the Embassy of Japan in Ukraine

The Embassy of Japan in Ukraine is seeking a driver as the following.
 
 
  1. Responsibilities
  • Provide driving services for the Embassy’s staff and arrange necessary maintenance of the Embassy’s vehicles.
  • Other assistance when necessary.
 
  1. Required skills and qualifications
  • Good communication and teamwork skills;
  • Professional driver’s skills and good understanding of the traffic situation in Ukraine;
  • Fluency in Ukrainian and Russian. Knowledge of English and/or Japanese language will be considered an advantage.
 
  1. Terms and conditions
  • Office location: Muzeiny Lane 4, Kiev
  • Employment Period: From April 2017
  • Working hours: 37 hours and 30 minutes per week
  • The monthly remuneration rate is set at no less than 800 USD. Applicants' work experience and knowledge will be taken into consideration while determining monthly remuneration.
  • There will be 3 months trial period.

  • Initial screening will be made based on the Application Forms received, only those who will have successfully passed such screening will be invited to take an interview.
  • Any documents submitted to the Embassy in the course of this application procedure will not be returned to the sender.
