Ambassador Sumi exchanged views with the Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine Ostap Semerak

　 On March 15 Ambassador of Japan Shigeki Sumi held a meeting and exchanged views with the Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine Ostap Semerak.
　 Minister Semerak expressed his gratitude for the bilateral cooperation and conveyed his willingness to promote further collaboration in various areas. In turn, Ambassador Sumi noted that a project submitted by Ukraine last year was first approved for implementation within the framework of the international joint research program SATREPS (Science and Technology Research Partnership for Sustainable Development) and expressed his readiness to further develop cooperation.
