Ceremony of completion of the KUSANONE Project for Improvement of Educational Environment in Brovary Higher Sport College

　 On 23 November the ceremony of completion of the Project for Improvement of Educational Environment was held at Brovary Higher Sport College. The project has been implemented within the framework of KUSANONE grant assistance program for culture and sports. Volodymyr Klitschko, famous boxer and former WBA super champion in heavyweight category, participated in the ceremony. 
　 During the ceremony Ambassador Sumi said that he was very glad to share such wonderful occasion with Mr.Klitschko, and expressed his hope that many students of Brovary Higher Sport College would participate in Tokyo Olympics in 2020 and win medals together with Japanese athletes. Mr. Klitschko recalled his student times at the College and wished success to his younger peers in Tokyo. “It is important to persistently fight for your dream”, he said.
　 This project, together with the Project for Improving Training Environment at the Ukrainian Gymnastics Federation signed in January this year, are important elements of the Japanese initiative SPORT FOR TOMORROW (SFT) being held globally in more than 100 countries ahead of Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic Games 2020. This campaign is aimed at expanding values of sports and Olympic movement to more than 10 mil people around the world, particularly to young generation which is going to be responsible for our planet’s future.
