Exchange of views between Ukraine-Japan Business Society and Members of Parliament of Ukraine

 

During the meeting

 

　 On May 22, Ukraine-Japan Business Society and Members of Parliament of Ukraine held a meeting to exchange views.
　 From the Japanese side, representatives of ten companies, which are the members of Ukraine-Japan Business Society, and Ambassador of Japan Mr. Shigeki Sumi participated in the meeting. The Ukrainian side was represented by seven Members of Parliament, including Ms. Hanna Hopko, Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Foreign Affairs, and Mr. Leonid Yemets, Head of Inter-Paliamentary Friendship Group “Ukraine-Japan”. Both sides were very active exchanging opinions during the meeting, which consequently was very meaningful from the viewpoint of deepening mutual understanding. The meeting was organized on the initiative of Mr. Leonid Yemets, Head of Inter-Paliamentary Friendship Group “Ukraine-Japan”, and Ambassador of Japan Shigeki Sumi.
